Becoming a better triathlete is not only exclusive to training and races but having access to proper nutrition is a vital component that plays a critical role in energy level, performance, and recovery.
This package consists of a six weeks diet program that is planned and tailored for each athlete that  includes:
  
  - Caloric input
 
  - Essential macro, and micronutrients nutrients
 
  - Lifestyle pattern adjustment to support the diet provided
 
  - Hydration strategy
 
  - Snacking tips
 
  - Electronic diet schedule, printable (upon request only)
 
  - Every client will be followed up once every two weeks total of 4 sessions (fixed time/day)
 
  - This package costs each athlete 60KD

This program aims to:
  - Provide enough energy and nutrients to meet the demands of training and exercise
 
  - Enhance adaptation and recovery between training sessions
 
  - Gain an educational base to enhance short and long-term goals ensuring a positive impact  change to habits and behaviors
 
  - Enable the athlete to achieve optimal body weight and fat levels for better performance
 
  - Provide guidelines that ensure maximum hydration before, during, and after exercise
 
  - Provide a pattern in the athlete routine and assuring more organized meal timing, portions,  and quality
